Bayanix designed, manufactured, and installed two steel feature staircases. These were powder-coated, clad with joinery and glass, and finished with stainless steel handrails. The staircases not only enhance connectivity between the three floors but also serve as striking architectural focal points.

Custom Roof Terrace Furniture

To maximise the outdoor space, Bayanix created bespoke furniture for the roof terrace. The designs balanced functionality with aesthetics while ensuring the integrity of the existing waterproofing system, preserving its warranty.
