Meet the Team

Neal Bailey

MD/ Director Commercial & Operations

Neal is an outstanding contracts manager and director with a wealth of experience in the fit out sector for commercial, retail, domestic and refurbishment areas of the construction industry. His extensive background covers the UK, Europe and Middle East.

Paul Wiltshire

Director of Operations

Paul has 25 years of experience in construction, having worked on numerous luxury retail, residential and commercial projects. Prior to joining Bayanix in 2017, Paul spent two and half years working overseas in Muscat, Oman, which provided invaluable experience of high-profile projects and senior management.

Simone Eveson

HSE Advisor

Simone has worked in health and safety and business management since 2000, specialising in construction health and safety since 2009. She has extensive experience implementing HSE management systems and providing support to UK and overseas HSE teams.

Alex Tripp

Design Manager

Alex has ten years of experience in retail, hospitality and commercial office design management. Prior to joining Bayanix, he worked in the retail refurbishment and hospitality sectors, fulfilling roles as designer, design manager and team leader under various Cat B fit out contracts and framework agreements.
