Project Overview
Bayanix was engaged as the principal contractor to deliver a high-end refurbishment of the Level 3 terrace at 68 King William Street. This project complements the interior fit-out and stairs previously completed on another phase of the same building. The terrace works included bespoke furniture installation, waterproofing enhancements, and external finishes to create a functional and elegant outdoor space for tenants and visitors.
