Bayanix are proud to announce we have been granted our first Gateway 2 approval from the Building Safety Regulator (BSR) for the refurbishment of a private apartment within an existing higher-risk building (HRB) in South Kensington.
Our application under the new building control regime, which is currently overseen by the Health and Safety Executive (HSE), was submitted at the end of June 2025 and following a helpful and productive review by the BSR’s multi-disciplinary team we were pleased to receive formal approval following a 15 week determination period.
